Our principles
Your privacy matters. We will never sell your personal data, and we will be transparent about what Rhyte collects, how your information is used, and the choices you have over what you share.
Rhyte is being built with autistic people, with an emphasis on accessibility, autonomy, and support without pressure or judgment. There are no streaks to maintain, no guilt for taking a break, and no expectation to engage more than feels right for you. Rhyte is not a diagnostic tool or a substitute for professional therapy.
We offer an accessible price option through Rhyte Access, with limited places.

Rhyte Access gives a reduced-cost or free place. No proof needed.
Send emailMany autistic people and families are on tight budgets, and support shouldn’t depend on what you can afford. Rhyte Access gives people a reduced-cost or free place, with no proof needed. We trust you to know what you can afford. These places are paid for by Rhyte Plus and Circle members and, as we secure them, by grants and sponsors. Because every place has a real cost, including the AI behind your prompts, we can only offer a limited number at a time. We’ll grow that number as funding grows, and we’ll be open about how many places are available.
The request form asks for name, email and role only, never financial details.
Founding members
Tick the box to be considered. Places are confirmed at launch, in the order people confirm their email.
We want to keep our founding group small enough to listen, learn, and take your feedback seriously as Rhyte grows.
The Rhyte ecosystem
We’re actively building a wider ecosystem where autistic people can feel safe, heard and accepted—and where the people around them listen, learn and adapt too.
In development: the Rhyte App brings together reminders, role-adapted prompts, playbooks and research libraries. Recommendations fit your role; every resource stays open to everyone.
The Rhyte Workshops are planned as live sessions for learning and reflection together. Topics and access details will be shared before any workshop opens.
The Rhyte Talk is planned as a podcast for autistic people, caregivers, clinicians and guests to discuss everyday experiences, perspectives and mental health. It will make space for autistic people and those who support them to share their voices.
The Rhyte Community is planned as an online space for people to connect and share experience. Rhyte will publish community guidelines and moderation details before it opens.
A research-stage wearable that could give autistic people real-time support as they navigate the world around them. Research only.
A note from the founder
I was diagnosed autistic at twenty-two. For much of my life, I knew I experienced the world differently, but I didn't always have the understanding, language, or support to make sense of why. I spent years adapting to the world around me, trying to find answers and figuring out what worked for me.
That experience shaped the idea behind Rhyte.
I believe understanding yourself shouldn't take years of searching, and getting support shouldn't mean constantly having to adapt to a world that doesn't always understand you. Everyone deserves the opportunity to understand their needs, find what helps them, and build a life that works for them.
I'm building Rhyte to make that journey a little easier — bringing together practical tools, knowledge, and perspectives that help autistic people better understand themselves, while helping families, partners, and allies understand how to offer meaningful support.
And I don't want to build it based on my experience alone. Rhyte is being shaped with autistic people, whose experiences, needs, and perspectives should be central to what it becomes.
My hope is that what took me years to begin understanding can become easier for someone else to find.

A few clear answers
Rhyte is an autism-focused ecosystem that adapts to who you are. The first piece is an app with journaling prompts, playbooks and research. Workshops, a podcast and a community are planned to follow.
Autistic people, their parents and caregivers, and the allies who want to understand them, including partners, friends, family and colleagues. You choose which one describes you when you start.
Your role shapes what you see. An autistic user gets prompts about their own patterns and needs. A caregiver gets prompts about connecting with their child. An ally gets prompts about understanding the autistic person in their life. Playbook recommendations change in the same way.
Yes. Recommendations change, access doesn’t. A parent can read a playbook written for autistic adults, and the other way round.
No. Rhyte is for anyone who is autistic, including people who are self-identified or waiting for an assessment, and for the people who support them.
Rhyte uses AI to adapt journaling prompts and recommend playbooks. Before launch, the app’s privacy notice will explain exactly what’s stored, who can see it and how AI is used. We will never sell your personal data.
No. Rhyte is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care, and does not provide diagnoses, therapy or treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis service.
